Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESS

La Riviera Store ships from Paris, France. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. La Riviera delivers worldwide. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

PRE-ORDER
For items listed as pre-order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. For more information on your pre order, please inquire at PC@klc-conseil.com

FRANCE SHIPPING
All domestic orders and shipments placed with us online will be processed and shipped via LA POSTE 2Day. Delivery takes 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Expedited shipping via CHRONOPOST Priority Overnight is available for domestic orders. Expedited shipping will only be processed during business hours, Monday-Friday, 10:00-16:00.

FRANCE SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders above 150€. La Riviera Store is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
International orders are orders shipped to countries other than France orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping. We do not offer any quicker expedited shipping for international orders other than DHL Express. DHL typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Shipping costs are flat rate 25€ around the world (13€ in European countries). Delivery times vary with shipping location. La Riviera Store is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.


TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside French territories may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from La Riviera, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to La Riviera Store.

INTERNATIONAL COSTS
Shipping costs provided at checkout do not include any import duties and taxes. All orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and the customer will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order.


SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
A signature upon delivery is required on all purchases. 

Any items that are not signed for with direct signature will be shipped back to La Riviera Store. All fees to ship the package back to the customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow at least 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
